Flex operators like WeWork, Spaces and Fosbury & Sons are expanding fast in Brussels and contributed to 16.2% of take-up in Q1 2019.

Projects in CBD locations are favoured.

Compared to other European cities, the flex share of total stock in Brussels is low at less than 1%. With confirmed hubs openings scheduled in 2019-2021 flex stock will more than double to above 200,000 sq.m.
