Research report: Implications of Bank of Japan's recent interest rate hike

In response to positive price levels, The Bank of Japan (BOJ) raised interest rates to 0.25%, up 15 bps on Wednesday, 31 July 2024. The move is aimed toward normalizing policy and had immediate strengthening effects on the currency. This report discusses the impact on the property investment market in Japan.
