Enrique Losantos is CEO of JLL Spain. He is also responsible for leading LatAm-EMEA cross-selling, with special focus on UHNW Capital.
His experience in finance, real estate and technology has helped him lead and drive the transformation process of JLL Spain – from a traditional intermediary real estate company to a full-scale digital real estate business.
Enrique began at JLL in 2015 to head the investment division, joining from Banco Santander where he was responsible for managing real estate M&A.
He has more than 30 years of professional experience in financial services and real estate. Enrique has worked in corporate finance, identifying, structuring and executing M&As and real estate debt, as well as providing expert advice to private bank and corporate divisions. He began his career at Société Générale as an equity derivatives trader.
Enrique has an economics and business administration degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and in general management from IESE Business School. His professional passion is technology. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his wife and six children and finds skiing the best way to disconnect.
