Atul Bagga is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning finance, operations, strategy, investments, capital markets, technology, and startups. As the Chief Financial Officer of JLL Technologies, Atul plays a pivotal role in driving performance, strategic initiatives, and long-term financial growth, supporting both JLL's internal operations and external clients in achieving their objectives.
Since joining JLL in 2021, Atul has been instrumental in launching JLL Technologies as an externally reported segment, managing complex organizational changes, and driving financial transparency.
Before his tenure at JLL, Atul held multiple leadership positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Most recently, he served as the head of finance for the AWS Compute business, helping drive strong revenue growth, launching new products/services, and supporting setting public pricing for AWS services globally and structured deals with enterprise clients. His experience at AWS also includes leading Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for AWS Services and heading finance for AWS Digital.
Prior to Amazon, Atul served as the CFO for Asia at Zynga, a publicly listed game company, worked as an equity research analyst with multiple investment banks, and co-founded three startups.
Atul's holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India.
Based in the Seattle metro area, Atul enjoys a balanced life with his partner and their golden retriever. When not driving financial excellence at JLL Technologies, he can be found hiking, walking, or immersed in a good book.
