Why does inclusion matter to you?

It ́s about how diversity brings new ways of thinking, of doing things. Inclusion gives the opportunity to challenge a fix mindset and welcome personal and team growth.

How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?

Building confidence. Sometimes we are our hardest detractor; we have to believe in our potential, think less and dare to jump. I'm very proud to say that 70% of my team are women across 21 countries in Latin America, and also 70% of the leadership roles of the account are occupied by women.
