Flexible workspace in Tokyo CBD continues to expand as work styles are changing since the onset of COVID-19. In addition to partial relocation of headquarters, satellite offices, and project spaces, the demand for third party workplaces is picking up particularly as hybrid work proliferates among large corporates.
