All over the world, the impact of the covid-19 has drastically changed what we think of as normal in terms of society, the business environment, our working styles, and our awareness of health and wellbeing . As a result, demand for real estate has changed dramatically, and new trends have emerged not only in Japan but also in the global real estate investment market.
Focusing on the question of "Is it time for a new Perspective on Real Estate?", this Forum was held over three days with a wide variety of talks and panel discussions on the future of real estate investment market after covid-19.
