​​​​​In entering into a transaction with Jones Lang LaSalle K.K. (“JLL”), you may have to incur certain prescribed commissions, fees and other expenses (collectively, the "Fees"). As the amount of Fees is decided upon each transaction between you and JLL, the amount of any Fee or method of calculation cannot be stated in advance. The same condition applies to transactions involving Fees for sales of specified assets.
You may incur a loss of amount invested or a loss of invested principal due to fluctuations of interest rate, market value of real estate or financial instruments. Profit earned from investment in real estate corresponds to earnings such as rent and disposal price of real estate. Therefore, you may also incur a loss of amount invested or a loss of investment principal as a result of decline of rent and land value, decrease in occupancy rate, a large-scale natural disaster or defect of real estate, an extraordinary natural phenomenon etc.
You are kindly requested to read pre-contract documents given to you before executing transactions, be fully aware of all the risks pertaining to the financial instruments and services, and take full responsibility of your judgment before signing a contract.
